This legal notice is published in accordance with French Law n° 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (the “LCEN”), in particular Article 6-III thereof.

1.Editor of the Site

https://iriss.space (the “Site”) is published by an individual natural person acting in a non-professional capacity within the meaning of Article 6-III-2 of the LCEN.

In accordance with that provision, the editor’s name, address, and telephone number are not displayed on the Site. They are held by the hosting provider identified in Section 3 below and shall be disclosed to any judicial authority on legal request.

For any inquiry, including notice-and-takedown requests under Article 6-I-5 LCEN:

• Supabase Inc. — managed PostgreSQL database (EU region, AWS Frankfurt).
• Resend — transactional email delivery (EU region, AWS Ireland).
• Cloudflare Inc. — bot challenge service (Turnstile, when activated).

6.Intellectual Property

The name “Iris,” the wordmark, the design language, the source code, the editorial content, and any other element published on the Site are protected by intellectual-property rights and remain the exclusive property of the editor, save where otherwise indicated.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, or exploitation of all or part of the Site — by any means and on any medium — is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the editor, save for the exceptions allowed by Article L.122-5 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

7.Liability

The editor strives to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date but provides no warranty, express or implied, regarding completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or absence of errors. Use of the Site is at the visitor’s own risk. The editor shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site, or from the temporary unavailability thereof.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites. The editor exercises no control over those websites and accepts no responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

9.Personal Data

The collection and processing of personal data through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this notice.

10.Reporting Illicit Content

In accordance with Article 6-I-5 LCEN, any person may notify the editor of allegedly illicit content hosted on the Site by email at iris.app000@gmail.com. The notification shall include all elements listed in Article 6-I-5 LCEN to be considered valid, in particular: the notifier’s identity, the description and precise location of the disputed content, the legal grounds, and a copy of any prior correspondence with the author of the content.

11.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Site and the present notice are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the Site or its content shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, save for mandatory rules to the contrary.
