We are building Iris.

Iris is a desktop app for focused work, on Mac and Windows. It prepares your day from your mail, your calendar and your projects, then steps back into a small pill above your apps while you work, alone or with someone.

It is not out yet. Iris is in private beta with a few people, and opens a little at a time.
